Hey everybody. How is it going Today, we're gonna be going over the Blue Ox alpha two tow bar here on a 2018 Ford F-150. So the tow bar is just one of the many components that we'll need to successfully flat tow our vehicle. A list of the other components are gonna be safety cables if our tow bar doesn't come with them, thankfully, this one does. We'll need a baseplate kit for the vehicle. We'll need a wiring harness to activate the lights, and we'll also need a braking system in most states. more

Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain Non-Binding Tow Bar. This is going to provide the connection between the hitch on your motorhome and the base plate on the front of your vehicle, so that you can safely and securely tow your vehicle behind your motorhome. This is going to slide right into your two inch by two inch trailer hitch receiver on your RV, it is held in place with the standard 5/8 inch diameter pin and clip. This pin and clip could be switched out for a locking pin if you wanna add a little extra security, make sure that your Falcon is gonna stay on your motorhome's hitch, we do have lots of options for those locking pins available here at etrailer.com. But this tow bar does have a weight capacity of 6,000 pounds, so it is gonna be great for towing your cars, Jeeps, SUV's, and mid-size trucks, so if you have any of those options, this is gonna do a great job for you. more

Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over the Roadmaster All-Terrain Tow Bar, here on a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox. So this is what our tow bar looks like hooked up to our vehicle here. Now, if we turn our attention to the connections to the vehicle side, we get a lot of people that are confused about this. So this particular tow bar here comes with a crossbar. It's essentially just a guide between these two sides of the arm. So this actually does come with the kit, but the reason we don't have it hooked up is because we're using this tow bar with the direct connect base plate arms that Roadmaster offers. more

Hey, everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2006 Mini Cooper, we're going to be checking out the Roadmaster Falcon Two Tow Bar. Before we kinda check the tow bar out itself and really kind of dig into it, I figured it would be useful just to kind of refresh yourselves on the five main components that we're going to need to flat tow a vehicle behind our motor home in the first place. First component is going to be a base plate, and that base plate is going to provide us with a solid and reliable connection point that way we can hook our tow bar up to it. Tow bar is going to be the second component, and, you know, this is going to provide us with the physical link that connects the front of our towed vehicle to the back of our RV. Hi there, motorhome owners. Today, on your 2021 Ford F-53 chassis motorhome, we'll be taking a look at and showing you how to install Roadmaster's Nighthawk tow bar. These are available in two options, depending on the base plate you have. If you have a Roadmaster base plate, you'll wanna get the regular Roadmaster option that will connect directly to a direct connect Roadmaster base plate. If you have a Blue Ox base plate, then I would recommend getting the Blue Ox version, which is gonna have all the same features but it's gonna have the Blue Ox ends on there, so it'll connect directly to your Blue Ox base plate. And it's probably my top pick, especially if you're gonna be going with a direct connect solution. more

So there's going to be a total of five main components needed to flat tow your Jeep down the road behind your motor home. And there is one other thing that I do highly recommend picking up. It isn't absolutely necessary, but it's definitely beneficial, and that would be a battery charger, or a battery charge line. more
